VCC Staff and Leadership
Pastor Steve Lamarco
Senior Pastor
Pastor Steve was Installed in October 2011 as the Senior Pastor at Victor Community Church. Steve has over 25 years of pastoral ministry experience and has most recently served at Whitehaven Road Baptist Church in Grand Island as the Associate Pastor.
Pastor Steve and Tina have three children: Christian, Katie and Hannah. Please welcome them to Victor. Pastor Steve is passionate about outreach and connecting with the community. He has lead mission trips abroad, served in the community, served on various boards and committees, a NYS certified sports coach, and NYS Certified Firefighter and EMT.

Jeff Parshall
Worship Director
Jeff joined the team at VCC in December 2010 after graduating from Elim Bible Institute with a degree in music. He grew up in Rochester, NY and has been involved heavily in ministry since he was in his teens.
Along with leading worship at VCC, Jeff also travels leading worship and sharing the gospel. He recently released an EP called "Only To Find You". His passion is to see the church body enter in to an honest and open style of worship, where they are not ashamed to express their worship to the Creator.
Jeff enjoys music, friends, and football (he's a die hard Dallas Cowboys fan). His life verse is John 3:30 "He must increase, but I must decrease".

 Tyrell Zechin
Youth Director
Please welcome Tyrell Zechin as our new Youth Director. Tyrell is a
member of the Worship Team at VCC and has served on the Pastoral
search team.
He graduated from Elim Bible Institute with an emphasis in Biblical
Studies and Youth Ministry. Tyrell’s experience includes two years as a
Youth Director in the Czech Republic. We are excited about Tyrell’s
leadership with the teens.

Dana Goodnough
Founding Pastor
Dr. Dana Goodnough officially launched the Bible Study and VCC church plant. Dana is pastor of Pittsford Community Church in Pittsford. Dana also served as pastor of Victor Community Church for about 2 years until March 2010.

Dave Ewing
Regional Minister of the Eastern Conf., NABC
Dr. David Ewing, the Regional Minister of the Eastern Association of NAB Churches, has also provided substantial oversight and direction to the start up of Victor Community Church. Dr.Ewing visits regularly and continues to support our young church in many ways.
